The Bard's Tale IV is a mixed potion that can offer a very fun gameplay experience as well as seriously damaging your nerves. It offers more than 30 hours of gameplay for just 35 dollars, and when all elements are working, it can be fun and enjoyable. But then technical issues kick in and along with a very strange save mechanism, ruin your day! The Bard' Tale IV is surely a charismatic title and if you can cope with its flaws, you can have great fun; but it still has a lot of issues to address in order to be considered one of the elite titles of the genre.

It is safe to say that WWE 2K19 takes the crown from its predecessor by giving another shot to the 2K Showcase and implementing several improvements in gameplay and sound design, and convinces the players to spend more time playing it; and although some issues are still remaining, the WWE 2K series has the potential to become one of the best sports series in the coming years.

Forza Horizon 4 is a prime example of a complete racing title, and although the racing genre is not as popular as it once was, Horizon 4 still manages to raise the standards and present itself not only as the best entry in the Horizon series but as one of the best racing titles of all time. What we see today in Horizon 4, including both superb offline and online sections, is incredible sound design for every single vehicle, and amazing visuals that are mixed with a beautiful change of seasons. All are examples that other developers can use for their future titles.

In Pathfinder: Kingmaker, you can see the footprints of many great names in the video games industry, but it seems that the main development team was neither able nor experienced enough to execute the game’s ideas and potentials in a right way, and even if you don’t take its many technical issues into consideration, Pathfinder: Kingmaker is still far from a proper CRPG.

With Roads episode, Dontnod once again proved how good they are in creating modern adventures and mixing them with sensational stories and over the top character designs. There are tons of improvements comparing to the previous version and while the ending of the episode could’ve been better, there is still much to enjoy from.

Assassin’s Creed long journey apparently comes to an end in Greece, where Ubisoft Quebec upgrades the standards they presented with Origins; a turning point that made Odyssey the best Assassin’s Creed title of this generation.

Original Sin 2 is one the best games in the recent years, and one of the most complete RPGs of all time, period. Everything a hardcore RPG fan would want from a game is on offer here, and you can barely find another title that mixes the classic table-top Role Playing elements with digital media so ingeniously. Not only for RPG fans, but for everybody else, Original Sin 2 is one of the best choices of 2018.

The Gardens Between is a beautiful and innovative journey to the memories; memories of friendship and kindness that will make you wonder. If only the journey was not so short, it could've been one of the best experiences you'll ever have.

The 4th installment in V-Rally series is not the sequel that can take the series forward. In total, there is not a specific mechanic that can be considered as a weakness, but the problem is that there is neither notable improvements nor exciting new features to help the series gain a position among top quality racing titles.

All the small issues and problems aside, I personally spent more than 200 hours playing through PUBG, including 650 rounds, and do not feel bored at all. At first glance, PUBG may seem like a dangerous entry to the video games industry, and Battle Royale may not be acceptable as a standalone genre, but maybe 5 years from now, when Battle Royale will be the main focus of every multiplayer title, we will admire PUBG and understand the importance of ultimate freedom.

While Shadow of the Tomb Raider does not feel as fresh as the 2013 title, it concludes the rebooted trilogy on high ground. Shadow of the Tomb Raider is the most complete entry in the trilogy that manages to gather all the great elements from the two previous titles and take them to the next level. Now we have to wait and see how this legendary series will form in the future.

Marvel's Spider-Man is not only the best Spider-Man ever made, but it's also one of the best superhero titles of all time, as well as being one of the best games of 2018. Surfing New York in the shoes of Peter Parker has never been this good, and may never be this good again. An engaging and fresh story, wonderful environments, solid gameplay, top-notch visuals, what else would one need to enjoy a game?

Nevertheless, the same old problems and issues such as teams and players licenses kick back in and prevent PES2019 from becoming the most complete football simulator too.
